Understanding the NDIS
Your Guide to NDIS Support
What is NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian government initiative designed to provide support and services to people with disabilities.
The NDIS aims to help individuals achieve their goals, enhance their independence, and participate fully in the community. It provides funding for a range of services and supports, including personal care, community access, and respite care.
We’re here to help
How We Support NDIS Participants
Community Access:
We work with participants to customize community inclusion activities based on their interests, hobbies, and goals. Our services promote social interaction, reduce isolation, and help build connections within the community.
Respite/Short Term Accommodation:
Our respite services offer a safe and enjoyable break for both participants and their families. We plan personalized getaways that cater to the interests and capabilities of each individual, ensuring a positive and enriching experience.
Assistance with Self-Care Activities:
We provide support with daily self-care tasks, such as showering, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, and medication management. Our goal is to help individuals maintain their independence while living at home.
Children/Youth Services:
We offer a range of supports for children and youth, including community access, respite care, and life skill development. Our programs are designed to create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where young participants can thrive.
