About Us

  • Donna founded Mitchell Supports in 2022. She's an early riser, starting her day with a long black with a dash of cream, a Guerilla, or a hot chocolate while getting organised and planning her day.

Donna has built a strong rapport within the NDIS sector and genuinely enjoys her role in supporting clients to grow and achieve their goals. With a background in medical and dental assisting, retail, and hospitality, she brings a wealth of experience to her work.

When she’s not busy with the business, Donna loves spending time with family and friends, enjoying nature, making candles, listening to music, and tackling jigsaw puzzles, which help her take a moment to sit still.

  • Billy has been part of the team at Mitchell Supports since 2023 and has a background in building and construction.

Billy is employed by Mitchell Supports as a support worker and has been helping his clients achieve their goals, access the community and respite.

Billy enjoys anything that keeps him active, outdoors exploring new places while meeting new people.

“I have really enjoyed supporting people with goals that align with goals of my own, and I think that aspect makes support work an enjoyable job for anyone”.

  • Hannah has been part of Mitchell Supports since 2023 and has a

background in hospitality, dental assisting, youth worker (Ashley Detention

    Centre)

Hannah is employed by Mitchell Supports as a support worker and is an

allrounder, assisting clients to remain independent at home, access

    community, respite, youth mentoring.

Away from work, Hannah is a bit of a” footy star” and is a great mentor,

having coached the U17 girls football team. Other interests are family,

friends, motorbike riding, and taking her French bulldog “Reggie” for play

    dates and walks.

As a support worker I enjoy helping clients remain independent at home,

plan respite weekends, activities and connect people with the community

    doing what’s important to them.

  • Kianea joined Mitchell Supports in 2023 and was our first employee and is a mother of 3 beautiful children with a background in retail.

Kianea is employed by Mitchell Supports as a support worker and her experience within the team is working with clients to access the community, self-care activities and goals plus respite care.

In her spare time Kianea is busy with sporting events, swimming, and she loves camping, outdoors and baking delicious food!

Starting support work really has given me a work life balance. It makes me feel good as a person to make a difference in peoples lives and getting to know their story.

Kianea is currently on maternity leave with a new baby boy and will return in 2025!!

The team at Mitchell Supports are excited to continue on this journey
